Shipping and Returns
Your pack shipment
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment to our logistics handler Shop-N-Dropship.com.
Most orders have 2-3 days handling time at Shop-N-Dropship unless Expedited Handling is chosen. Expedited Handling is 24hrs handling time.
Most packages are shipped via USPS(2-7 days shipping time) with tracking and drop-off without signature unless express mail is chosen a signature may be required. If you prefer delivery by another carrier an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us when you order to change this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected but designed to fit in a standard mailbox. All packages are shipped discreetly without markings and are addressed from Shop-N-Dropship
WHY WOULD AN ORDER BE HELD UP IN HANDLING. Depending on the items you ordered may cause your shipment to be delayed without notice. In order to provide the freshest products we hold low inventory and restock on a daily schedule. When a item becomes popular it may go out of stock for up to 7 days.
No Returns on FOOD ITEMS. All other return requests should contact us for return label information. Returns accepted within 1-7 days of receipt, returned in unused original packaging for EXCHANGE ONLY. Buyer pays return shipping. NO CASH REFUNDS. Store Credit may be available determined by Hempfield Candy Company.
